Who provides AfterStart
AfterStart is published by Fontannaz Zacadi, 1965 Savièse, Switzerland. By creating an account you accept these terms.
The service
AfterStart is a food journal: you log your meals, the app estimates calories and nutrients, suggests meals and tracks your activity. Features evolve; some may be added, changed or removed.
Not medical advice
AfterStart is a wellbeing app. The values shown are estimates and may contain errors. They do not replace a doctor or a dietitian. If you are ill, pregnant, have an eating disorder or are under treatment, ask a professional before changing your diet.
Your account
You must be 18. The account is personal: keep your password to yourself and give accurate information. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
Price
AfterStart is free during the launch phase. If a paid plan is offered later, its price will be shown before any purchase, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Your content and data
What you log (meals, photos, measurements) remains yours. You allow us to process it to run the service. Details are on the Privacy page.
Fair use
Do not use AfterStart for unlawful purposes, try to access other people’s data, bypass protections, or overload the service with automated access.
Availability
We do our best to keep AfterStart running at all times, but cannot guarantee it. Interruptions are possible, in particular for maintenance.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is excluded for slight negligence and for indirect damage. It remains in full for gross negligence or intent.
Ending the account
You can delete your account at any time from the settings. We may suspend or close an account in case of abuse or breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. A significant change is announced in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use AfterStart then counts as acceptance.
Governing law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Sion, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction provided by law, in particular for consumers.
